Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is for everyone, it exists out of exercises on the rhythm of your
breath enhancing physical and mental health, flexibility, core strength and relaxation. 
After a class of Hatha yoga, you feel like a new person, ready to be with life as it is. 
Yoga is a way of maintaining health and well being in an increasingly stressful society.

Learning about your boundaries, learning to observe your body…where it’s tight, where there might be blocks,
how to slowly open your body up, is a very important part of the classes.
This is also something you can learn to apply to your daily life … being more aware of yourself, how you feel,
where particular feelings sit in the body, what you can do about it.

Every body is built differently, so it’s natural some will be more flexible than others. 
Yoga and increasing flexibility is about you, your body, and what is right for you.

Yoga classes, both morning and evening sessions, run all year round.
