Chair Massage

In these sessions, Esther uses a specially designed massage chair, which allows her to give a short,
non-intrusive massage. No oils are required and there is no need to remove any clothes.

The specialised chair supports the full body in a position so that it is completely relaxed, and yet still accessible to the therapist.

Esther offers Chair Massage at the Boab Centre, and it is also available to companies on-site.
On-site chair massage will promote the well-being of your staff,
giving them access to the benefits of massage without having to leave their workstation.
